1) Familiarize yourself with the Forum website
The session schedule & side events page helps you easily navigate from session to session, as well as find the side event listings. You can always get back to the forum home from every session page.
Check out the Virtual Exhibit Hall and browse sponsor booths by clicking on a logo.
If you have a question or need help, visit the forum FAQs and Essentials page. You will find answers to the most commonly asked questions.
2) Download or update to the latest version of Zoom Teleconferencing
All sessions will be powered by Zoom. To optimize your Zoom meeting experience, download the “Zoom Client for Meetings” application to your computer here: Zoom Download Center (Mac users, please follow these instructions). If Zoom is already downloaded to your device, open the application, click on the Zoom menu dropdown, and choose “Check for Updates” to download the latest version to ensure full use of the meeting tools.
If needed, familiarize yourself with Zoom prior to the start of the Forum with video tutorials here.
3) Plan Ahead
Take time to browse all sessions and side events being offered at the #NotWithoutFP Forum and note which ones you would like to attend. Unfortunately, Zoom does not allow you to access more than one session at a time. However, the recordings of all sessions will be available on www.icfp2021.org after the forum. Please be sure to register for the forum to receive the links to these recordings and a full archive of the entire forum. Log in to sessions early to allow time to work through any technical issues that may arise and to avoid missing any of the action.
4) Register for the Forum and ask your friends to join you
It is important for you to register for the forum so you will receive any last minutes email updates and to receive the recordings and archives after the forum. Please register here.
We also invite you to share information about the forum and other family planning & UHC messaging. Please visit the Engagement Kit for suggestions on how you can help engage new communities. |
